Our principal service entities are Valley Crane & Rigging, Inc. and D'Amici International, Inc..
Valley Crane & Rigging, Inc comprises our rigging, maintenance, project management and heavy haul services. We have been involved in the plastics industry from very early in our existence and we are recognized as leaders globally in this field. We have installed, maintained or managed the relocation of thousands of presses around the world and count almost every large tonnage machine manufacturer and a large number of those buying their products as our customers. D'Amici International, Inc. comprises our freight forwarding and transportation logistics services. For almost 20 years, D'Amici has been a leader in the specialized shipping and transportation of over-sized as well as sensitive industrial machinery. We are not in the commodities business.
